About the Event
The Caribbean DPI Summit will gather thought leaders, innovators, policymakers, and stakeholders from across the Caribbean Region along with International experts to explore opportunities and use cases in digital public infrastructure and, in the process, seek to inform the region’s digital transformation agenda. Its aims include deepening the general awareness and understanding of the benefits, challenges, and approaches to designing and implementing digital public infrastructure and present paths for shared action to advance Caribbean interests. The event will feature keynote presentations, panel discussions, networking sessions, and interactive workshops, providing a dynamic platform for knowledge sharing, collaboration, and insights.
Location
Kingston is the capital of the island of Jamaica, lying on its southeast coast. In the city center, the Bob Marley Museum is housed in the reggae singer’s former home. Nearby, Devon House is a colonial-era mansion with period furnishings. Hope Botanical Gardens showcases native flora and fauna. Northeast of the city, the Blue and John Crow Mountains National Park is a renowned coffee-growing region with trails and waterfalls.
